From the time I was little, I was told I was too much — too emotional, too sensitive, too loud. I spent years functioning at a high level while barely holding it together on the inside.
It wasn't until I entered my master's program — and lost my dad two months in — that everything started to make sense. The more I learned about brains, nervous systems, and neurodivergence, the more I understood myself. Knowledge became the most powerful regulation tool I had.
I'm an AuDHD woman with PMDD and a licensed therapist with years of clinical experience. I built The Anchored Path because you shouldn't have to spend decades wondering what's wrong with you.
