ADHD support for women who are exhausted from holding it all together, alone.

You've mastered the art of surviving.
But your nervous system is keeping score.

The Anchored Path (TAP) helps overwhelmed women understand their nervous system patterns, work with their brain instead of against it, and feel less alone in the process.

Through information, integration, and connection, TAP offers relatable education, nervous system tools, workshops, resources, and community for women navigating emotional overwhelm, spiraling, shutdown, masking, and burnout.

ADHD & Nervous System Educator + Integrator

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF…

You’re constantly holding it together on the outside while quietly overwhelmed on the inside.

You spiral when everything hits at once.
You replay conversations for hours afterward.
You shut down when your nervous system gets overloaded.
You feel emotionally exhausted trying to function like everyone else.
You understand yourself intellectually… but still struggle to actually apply tools in real life.

Maybe you relate most to the High-Functioning Collapser.
Maybe you’re the Invisible Carrier.
Maybe you’ve spent years surviving as the Chronic Adapter.

Either way, you’re not lazy, broken, or failing.

Your brain and nervous system have been carrying more than anyone realizes.

Clinical expertise.
Lived experience.

I created The Anchored Path after noticing the same patterns over and over again in both my professional work and my own life:
women who looked capable on the outside while quietly overwhelmed underneath it all.

Women who were constantly trying to function through emotional flooding, shutdown, masking, spiraling, burnout, shame, and nervous system overload, while secretly wondering why everything felt so much harder for them.

As an AuDHD woman, therapist, and nervous system-focused educator, I know what it feels like to spend years trying to “fix” yourself when what you actually needed was understanding, support, and tools that truly worked for your brain and body.

The Anchored Path was built to bridge the gap between information, integration, and connection — because understanding yourself is important, but healing becomes much more sustainable when you don’t have to navigate it alone.

What Women Are Saying

Real words from
real AuDHD women

I feel so seen! For the first time I have language for what I’ve been experiencing my whole life. TAP gave me the map I never had.

— Sara, 54
I’ve tried so many things. Nothing stuck because none of it was built for my brain. This is completely different.
— Riya, 47
I finally understand why I’m wired the way I am. The shame I carried for years is starting to lift.
— Diane, 42

You’ve spent long enough trying to understand yourself through shame, burnout, spiraling, masking, emotional overwhelm, and survival mode.

The Anchored Path was created so women with ADHD finally have a place for:

  • information that actually makes sense

  • tools that help with real-life integration

  • connection with women who genuinely get it.

explore nervous system resources, join a workshop, or become part of the community — you don’t have to navigate this alone anymore.
