About The Anchored Path

Bridging the gap between knowing and actually living it..

The Anchored Path exists for women with ADHD/AuDHD who are done wondering what's wrong with them — and ready to understand what's actually happening in their brain + bodies.

The Anchored Path was created for neurodivergent women who've tried all the things — and still feel stuck in stress, shame, or survival mode. For women who are high functioning on the outside but dysregulated on the inside.

Where It Started

It started with
not having a name for it.

For most of her life, Cammie Terry was described the same way: too sensitive, too intense, too much. She was the kid who felt everything deeply, struggled to understand why social situations that seemed easy for everyone else felt like a performance she had to study for.

She became a therapist. She learned the language of nervous systems and neuroscience and trauma. She helped other people understand their brains — while quietly wondering why hers still felt like it was running on a different operating system than everyone around her.

The AuDHD diagnosis came later. And with it, something shifted.

Not because a label fixed anything. But because understanding — real, specific, biological understanding — finally gave her the map she'd been looking for her whole life.

The Anchored Path was built to give that map to other women. The ones who are functioning, succeeding, holding it all together on the outside — and quietly running on empty inside.

  • Not trying harder. Not more discipline. Understanding — your brain, your nervous system, your specific biology. That's where real, lasting change actually starts.

  • You were never broken. You were running on a system that was never designed for your brain — and nobody gave you the instructions. That's not your fault. It's a gap we can fill.

  • When you understand why your brain does what it does, the shame starts to lose its grip. Not overnight. But steadily, sustainably — in a way that willpower never could.

  • Mental. Physical. Emotional. Spiritual. The Anchored Path takes a holistic approach because you can't think your way out of a dysregulated nervous system, and you can't exercise your way out of unprocessed shame. It takes all of it.

What TAP Believes

The beliefs that
shape everything here.

These aren't talking points. They're the foundation every workbook, program, and piece of content at The Anchored Path is built on.

  • Nervous system regulation isn't just neuroscience — it's deeply personal. The Anchored Path holds both. Rigorous clinical grounding and genuine warmth. Evidence and empathy. Always.

  • Neurotypical productivity advice doesn't work for AuDHD brains. Everything here is built from the ground up for the way you're actually wired — not adapted from frameworks that were never meant for you.

  • The goal isn't to manage your symptoms and move on. It's to deeply understand yourself — your patterns, your nervous system, your needs — so you can build a life that actually fits.

From Cammie

If you're here, something probably resonated. A post, a reel, a caption that made you think — finally, someone who gets it.

I want you to know that nothing on this page is marketing language. I built The Anchored Path because I was the woman I'm talking about. High-functioning on the outside. Self-aware. Perpetually exhausted from all the masking.

I spent years in clinical training learning how nervous systems work — and years after that slowly realizing those frameworks applied to me too. That my intensity wasn't a personality flaw. That my exhaustion wasn't laziness. That the gap between who I knew I was and what I could actually make myself do had a name, and a neurological explanation, and tools that could actually help.

Understanding that changed everything for me. Not all at once. But in the way that real things change — slowly, then completely.

The Anchored Path exists to give you that same understanding. Through workbooks, through content, through community, and through the program I built because I couldn't find it anywhere else.

You're not broken. You just needed the map.
