About The Anchored Path

Bridging the gap between information, integration, and connection.

The Anchored Path exists for ADHD and overwhelmed women who are exhausted from trying to hold it all together while quietly spiraling underneath it all.

For the High-Functioning Collapser.
The Chronic Adapter.
The Invisible Carrier.
And the women who see themselves in all three.

TAP combines relatable education, nervous system tools, emotional integration, and community support to help women better understand themselves — and stop navigating it alone.

Where It Started

It started with
not having a name for it.

For most of her life, Cammie Terry was described the same way: too sensitive, too intense, too much. She was the kid who felt everything deeply, struggled to understand why social situations that seemed easy for everyone else felt like a performance she had to study for.

She became a therapist. She learned the language of nervous systems and neuroscience and trauma. She helped other people understand their brains — while quietly wondering why hers still felt like it was running on a different operating system than everyone around her.

The AuDHD diagnosis came later. And with it, something shifted.

Not because a label fixed anything. But because understanding — real, specific, biological understanding — finally gave her the map she'd been looking for her whole life.

The Anchored Path was built to give that map to other women. The ones who are functioning, succeeding, holding it all together on the outside — and quietly running on empty inside.

What TAP Believes

The beliefs that
shape everything here.

What makes TAP different is that it doesn’t stop at information.

Many ADHD women already spend years consuming content, learning coping skills, and trying to “fix” themselves — while still feeling overwhelmed, dysregulated, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode.

The Anchored Path was built around three pillars:

Information — understanding your brain, nervous system, hormones, patterns, and emotional experiences.

Integration — learning how to actually apply tools and work with your brain in real life.

Connection — feeling less alone through relatable support, community, and shared experiences.

From Cammie

If you're here, something probably resonated. A post, a reel, a caption that made you think — finally, someone who gets it.

I want you to know that nothing on this page is marketing language. I built The Anchored Path because I was the woman I'm talking about. High-functioning on the outside. Self-aware. Perpetually exhausted from all the masking.

I spent years in clinical training learning how nervous systems work — and years after that slowly realizing those frameworks applied to me too. That my intensity wasn't a personality flaw. That my exhaustion wasn't laziness. That the gap between who I knew I was and what I could actually make myself do had a name, and a neurological explanation, and tools that could actually help.

Understanding that changed everything for me. Not all at once. But in the way that real things change — slowly, then completely.

The Anchored Path exists to give you that same understanding. Through workbooks, through content, through community, and through the program I built because I couldn't find it anywhere else.

You're not broken. You just needed the map.
