Why I Started TAP
Hi, I’m Cammie 👋 therapist, ADHD human, trauma brain, and forever cozy-life enthusiast.
I know what it’s like to feel hijacked by your own mind — shame spirals, ADHD crashes, anxiety loops. For years, I felt like I was too much and not enough all at once.
I started The Anchored Path because I believe healing tools should feel safe, simple, and actually work for the nervous system — not just look good on a Pinterest board.
Here, you’ll find resources rooted in therapy, neuroscience, and compassion. But you’ll also find honesty, humor, and a reminder that you don’t need to “fix” yourself to be worthy.
