About Cammie
I'm not your therapist in this program.
I'm your integrator. The captain of your care team.
I'm Cammie Terry — Licensed Professional Counselor, ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, Neuropsychotherapy Certified Provider, and Safe and Sound Protocol provider.
I also have AuDHD, the MTHFR mutation, and a nervous system that spent years being misunderstood — including by me.

No. Anchored Within is not a therapy program and Cammie is not your therapist inside this program. She's your integrator — helping you understand your biology, coordinate your care, and build tools that actually fit your brain. You are required to have a therapist (or be willing to find one) so that your emotional processing work continues alongside the program.

Each week you'll attend your small group call with your group of 4 women, have access to the private Slack community for between-session support, and work through course material at your own pace. Roughly 2-3 hours per week total. It's designed to fit into your real life — not add to your overwhelm.

Because this isn't a course you consume alone. You're getting genetic testing, 3 private sessions with Cammie, weekly small group calls, 3 guest expert sessions, Fullscript supplement access, an executive function assessment, and 12 weeks of personalized support in an intimate group of 8 women. Great news — if you've already done Genomind testing, we'll skip that step and go straight to interpreting your results together. If you did testing through another company like GeneSight, 23andMe, or AncestryDNA, we'll look at what you have and determine if it gives us what we need or if a Genomind test would add value. Every situation is different and Cammie will work through this with you personally during your onboarding session.

Every woman in Anchored Within is carefully selected through an application process. Cammie personally reviews each application to ensure the group is a good fit — not just for the program, but for each other.
You can expect to be in a virtual space with women who are self-aware, motivated, and genuinely doing the work. Women who get it because they're living it too. Women who are neurodivergent, insightful, and ready to go deeper — not just vent.
The group is intentionally small — only 4 women in your call group — so there's no hiding, no getting lost, and no one dominating the space. Everyone is seen. Everyone belongs.
This is not a support group. It's a transformation container. And the women inside it will likely become some of the most meaningful connections of your healing journey. And the connection doesn't end when the program does.
Every woman who graduates from Anchored Within gets lifetime access to a private Facebook community for continued support, connection, and community. Because healing doesn't have a finish line — and neither does this.
